Month to month rate is $1,400. 3 month or longer rental rate is $1,250 per month. No pets allowed. House rules - Laundry to be done prior to 8pm during weekdays, 10pm on weekends, TV & music are to be kept down after 10pm on weekdays, 1130pm on weekends, no smoking inside of the home, no garage access, first monthly payment is due prior to arrival, rent is due on the first of each month of your stay thereafter & is considered late if not paid by the end of business day on the fifth of the month, rent paid after the 5th day will incur a $50 late fee, garbage goes out on Tuesday evening, recycling goes out on Friday evening. Minimum notice of 14 days is required if you decide to leave earlier than agreed upon. Keep shared spaces clean.

I have a spacious private guest room and guest bathroom in my home available for short-term rentals to women only. The bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized bed, nightstand, full closet, TV, mini fridge, ceiling fan, and full-length mirror. The rental will include access to shared kitchen, laundry, and living room spaces. One driveway parking spot will be included. In addition, you will have access to WIFI, internet, streaming services, air conditioning, heating, a swimming pool, and a hot tub within the subdivision property. The property is located 15 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport, just minutes from Highway 60, Highway 101, and Highway 202. Grocery stores, drug stores, and restaurants are within walking distance.
