This lovely property is located in Alta Mesa Chateaux at the intersection of Brown and Higley roads. Alta Mesa is a community in northeast Mesa. The unit is one of 60 in a mostly family-owned and occupied condominium community. The unit is on the first floor of a two-story building that is one of five in the complex. It is fully furnished and completely turn-key. Orientation of the unit is east-west with the master bedroom on the east end, the patio and dining area on the west. The entry door opens onto the living room. The living room has a 42" HDTV, ceiling fan, and fireplace. A large window looks out over the patio and the lawn. To one side of the living room is the dining area with its oval table that seats four and is adjacent to the kitchen, with range, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and two-bowl sink. All cooking and dining utensils are provided. There is both a Keurig and a drip coffee-maker. The patio has a small table and two chairs with ottomans. To the other side of the living room is the hallway to the bedrooms. Along the hallway is one bathroom with a tub/shower and a laundry closet with a stacked washer/dryer. Also along the hallway are two of the bedrooms that share the bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed; the other has a single bed and a dedicated workspace with a desk and a wireless printer. Both of these bedrooms have sliding door closets with good shelf space. The master bedroom is at the end of the hallway. It has a queen bed, a bay-window sitting and reading area, a large walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a two-basin vanity. The single-bedroom and the master bedroom have tv's. Everything is well cared for and well maintained. There is one reserved parking space under a carport with plenty of additional off-street parking in the private parking lot. Nearby is a beautiful and large L-shaped pool with a spa. Both the pool and spa are heated. A b-b-q and patio area are adjacent to the pool area. Overall the community is quiet. It is not a party place. While there are families with children in the complex, there is not a children's play area.
