Enjoy La Jolla and the San Diego area from a lovely residential neighborhood, just 1/2 block from downtown La Jolla Village!

The residence is spotlessly clean. Housekeeping every other week for monthly stays is included. Additional housekeeping is available for an additional charge.

The main public bus line stops within a block of the house and provides transportation throughout La Jolla, San Diego downtown and other destinations.

All appliances and designer furnishings in this sophisticated contemporary residence are newer. The master bedroom has a king bed, the guest bedroom has two twin extra long beds; all mattresses are Plushtops. The granite countertop kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking and serving items you need. There is a dining room for six and includes a kitchen island for additional dining and workspace area. There is washer and dryer in utility room in the residence.

The residence has central heat and air conditioning even though really not needed as so close to the beach that the residence enjoys the cool ocean breezes.

The retreat has a private outdoor deck with a dining area for 4, a BBQ, and an outdoor sofa for lounging in the evenings under the canopy of lights and a large tree. The retreat has an off-street reserved parking space for one car.

The house is in a great location for enjoying the amenities of La Jolla Village and the greater San Diego area. La Jolla is a friendly town for walking. The residence is just 5 blocks to the beach and less than 1/2 block La Jolla Village businesses, dining, shopping and other activities including the r, museums, restaurants, shops and businesses. A delightful Sunday Farmers Market is a source of fresh produce and unique crafts. The Coggan Aquatic Center with Olympic-size pool and sports complex offering tennis courts, track, baseball fields and basketball courts is located just two blocks east of the residence.
