Rental rate is in U.S. dollars. The San Francisco Transient Occupancy tax (TOT) is 14%, but is waived for monthly rentals. Bi-monthly housekeeping is included in the monthly rate, except for excessive use, defined as requiring additional housekeeping efforts beyond standard practice and is subject to additional housekeeping fees. Only service dogs are allowed in the non-smoking building. There is a nonrefundable $500 deposit required to hold the unit which goes toward ultimate rent, and a $750 refundable security deposit due 15 days before occupancy on top of the month's rent.
