Enjoy our fun and newly renovated 3 bed/ 2 bath house with a fully finished basement! We are located within walking distance of KU Hospital / medical center--only minutes away from all the fun attractions in KC!

We offer an extremely comfortable home for your group. Our home includes a cozy living room, and 3 Bedrooms on the main level of the house--equipped with 2 queen beds and 1 King Bed. There are 2 full bathrooms - the master has a standup shower and the hallway bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo. The finished basement is equipped with 2 full-sized futons and plenty of play space for kids. Easy access to major highways, downtown KC, shopping and all of KC's attractions. It is also WIFI equipped with Google Fiber and has multiple flat screen ROKU TV with access to your favorite streaming channels with your own login. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with new stainless steel appliances, pots, pans, a toaster, a coffee maker, a blender, and an abundance of spices for cooking your favorite meals. Your perfect stay is our first priority and we are available if you need us, but we offer you complete privacy as well. We accommodate both long-term and short-term rentals.

Walk to KU Med Hospital & all the restaurants, shops & bars on 39th Street. Westport & the Country Club Plaza are just a few miles away. The Cross Roads District & Downtown KC (T-Mobile Center, Power & Light, Union Station, Crown Center) are all a quick 5-minute ride.
