Our units have three different types. Please see below the units' descriptions:

• The Studio is completely private, fully furnished with a full-size bed, a closet with drawers, a shelf for placing your belongings, a dining/work table, refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, oven, its own sink, and shelves to store your supplies. The studio, of course, has its own bathroom and toilet with a medicine cabinet.

• The Private Bedroom and Kitchenette are furnished with a full-size bed that can ideally fit 2 people, with a refrigerator, a stovetop, an oven, a microwave, a water heater, a sink, a medicine cabinet, and shelves to store your supplies. This room is perfect for you if you want to cook your own meals and save money. It also includes air conditioning, a closet to hang your clothes and some drawers too. A small dining table or work desk is also included. The bathroom is outside the room and shared.

• The Furnished Room is perfect for students and travelers. It's furnished with a full-size bed, dining/work table, and a spacious closet with drawers. It also has its own mini fridge, microwave, sink, and medicine cabinet. The bathroom is outside the room and shared.

Some amenities may also be available upon request. Just let us know what you need ahead of time and we'll do our best to provide them. We don't allow pets and smoking inside the property. We offer free WiFi and utilities are included in the rent.
