There is 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on each floor for additional privacy. These townhomes are perfect for two consultants to share, or a couple. The townhomes are furnished and perfect for corporate rental/corporate housing. There is a washer and a dryer in each unit for private use. The wifi, water, and electricity is included. The townhomes are set up to anticipate every need of our guests to the best of our ability including all of your cooking needs.

The complex is located about 6 minutes from downtown Johnson City. It is walking distance to the entrance of the Tweetsie Trailhead, Keystone Park, Cardinal Park, Legion Street Pool, and Memorial Park Community Center. There are very nice Pickle Ball courts at the Community Center. It is biking distance to the Tannery Knobs Mountain Bike Park.
