Enjoy the open floor plan in the light-filled living room, diningroom/office, and newly remodeled kitchen with all brand new stainless steel appliances including extra large washer and dryer. Bask in this modern home of freshly painted white walls, sunlit windows and gorgeous re-polished original wood floors. All bathrooms are fully remodeled with incredibly nice showers and great water pressure for the ultimate in a relaxing shower experience.

Experience seamless indoor-outdoor living spaces with our newly built Ipe wood front porch, new grill, fire pit, and beautiful dark wood privacy fencing that surrounds grassy knolls and stainless steel trellis' of vines.

Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms with 3 King beds and Irish linen duvets, pillows both down and alternative-down filling, and super soft sheets made for the most comfortable sleep experience.

We are flexible with check-in and check-out times but our usual check-in is 3 pm or later, and check-out is 11 am or before.

The host has owned this beautiful property for 25 years and only recently transformed it to a full time rental opportunity for guests. Leases are a minimum of 30 days (mid-term stays are typically 1-3 months).

With access to countless outdoor experiences in Austin including the Shoal Creek bike paths down to Town Lake/Lady Bird Lake, running and walking trails there's always a way to enjoy nature nearby.

Only a 10 minute Uber drive to lively downtown, the Eastside and Westside oof Downtown, the UT campus, and 25 minutes from the Austin Airport. Nearby Whole Foods, Central Market, and Trader Joe's are a 10 drive.

Explore some of the best restaurant experiences in dining. Walk to Tiny Boxwoods, Tiny's Milk n Cookies, Cucina On 35th, and Olive and June. Drive 5 minutes to these favorites too: Carvers, Uchiko, and Musachino Sushi Dokora.
