Welcome to the "Private Houston Estate" with a brand-new pool! Located just 15 minutes from downtown Houston, Texas, our private fenced estate is the perfect destination for vacations, weddings, corporate events, photography, and more.

Enjoy being centrally located within minutes of top attractions such as TopGolf, Indoor Skydiving, Grocery Stores, and the Hospital. Don't forget to keep your cameras ready to capture our neighborhood-friendly Peacocks roaming the back half of the land!

Our 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom home is perfectly laid out to accommodate up to 12 guests, featuring 7 beds for maximum comfort. You will enter the property through a private gate with a code and be greeted by a driveway/garage area. The King Bedroom offers a direct view and access to the pool area, along with a king size bed, massive walk-in closets, and a full bathroom with a 2-person walk-in shower. Each of the 3 queen rooms includes a queen-size bed, private closet, and ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, you will find 3 queen-size beds, each with its own ensuite bathroom, dresser, and closet space.

Our stunning renovated kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, and the kitchen table can comfortably seat 4 people. The elegant dining room offers a table with seating for 8 and a beautiful chandelier. The living room features comfortable seating for multiple guests, including a couch, chair, and table, and provides a stunning view of the backyard/pool area.

You will find TVs with Roku's throughout the property for easy streaming access, and extra towels, soaps, toiletries, paper towels, and other supplies are available in our closets throughout the home. Our property offers ample land, so please do not hesitate to ask if you have any questions.
