The monthly rate includes all utilities and high speed internet (There is a cap listed in the lease agreement). It has brand-new furniture and it is fully equipped with toiletries, linens, kitchen accessories, basic condiments, toiletries, etc.
The fee also includes a professional cleaning service that we offer every 2 months, landscaping, and snow removal.
Only dogs are allowed. Small to medium breeds only (details in the lease agreement). The refundable pet deposit will be returned if there is no damage caused by pets in the property.
Pet fee partially pays for a professional deep clean that will happen after departure.

For guests traveling with pets, we have a fully fenced patio for your peace of mind. You will also find a gazebo, pool, deck, and BBQ grill, perfect for relaxing and spending time together outdoors.
With high-speed internet available throughout the property and dedicated office space, it is easy to stay connected and handle any work or personal matters. With four full bathrooms, and an extra room that can be converted into a fourth bedroom if needed, we’ve got the space to accommodate and personalize your needs.
