The home is less than 10 minutes from multiple beaches, city center shopping, and next to highway with an easy 30 minute drive get to colonial Williamsburg or Virginia Beach. It's really a one-of-a-kind stay! The home is a 2 story building with parking located in the backyard. Two cars can fit comfortably, and a third can be added by parking in the grass. When you enter the home, you will see on the left the living room for you to find all of your entertainment - games, TV, sitting area. Down the hall is the dining room which leads into an open, fully functional, and stocked kitchen. The couch is not a bed but is large enough and comfortable enough for a 14th person to sleep on it. Immediately entering the front door, the bunk beds bedroom immediately on the left, with 2 singles and 2 doubles bunk beds in it to house all the little ones or kids. This room sleeps up to 6 people. Up the stairs is the remaining 3 bedrooms: 1 king with a master bathroom, 1 queen bedroom, and a bedroom with 1 queen bed and twin. The 2nd bathroom is for common use on the second floor. Guests have full private access to the home. We have a smart code that will be given to you in the check-in instructions that will grant you 24/7 access to the home, without manual keys. No pets or smoking in the house. We require anyone booking the property to complete an online screening form. This will ask for basic information such as name, birth date, and address. This must be completed within 48 hours of the reservation creation and before check-in for that reservation. This allows us to verify the identity of the guest booking the property. If the online screening check fails, we have the right to cancel the reservation. We have a digital guidebook for both the home and the area that you will get sent to you once you book the home. It will have things we recommend in the area, and we are always happy to provide some local insight. We have the home stocked with a starter kit for your stay including a roll of paper towels, extra trash bags for the kitchen, laundry soap, sponge and dish liquid, dishwasher liquid, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Supplies required over this amount will be the responsibility of the guests to purchase for their stay. There are several local stores very close to this property including Target and major grocery chains.

The living room, kitchen, and half bath are downstairs. Patio/deck at the back door. The outdoor storage room for bikes has a lock on it. No grill supplied. The laundry area is upstairs in between the two bedrooms. This condo is located about 2 hours from Atlantic Beach so while you are working in Wilson enjoy our beach! The owner also has a beach condo we rent that's oceanside. This was our daughter's condo before she purchased her first home. The neighbor to the right is a nice retired lady. We had a brand new heat and air unit installed last year. THIS UNIT IS literally 2 minutes from the hospital! You can enjoy food delivery or grocery delivery services. A gym is 2 blocks away Regency Athletic Club with a swimming pool or you can drive to Planet Fitness which is only about 5 minutes away. You have an extra bedroom if you decide to have company over. You can walk at the hospital track located in front of the hospital or go over to Lake Wilson to enjoy a more scenic walk or even go fishing. WEEKLY CLEANING IS AVAILABLE FOR $150 per week upon request.
