Carlsbad Village is at the north end of the seawall. Here you’ll have access to every beach town amenity. From taco shops to fine dining, ice cream to surf and bike rentals, farmers markets to trendy coffee shops. It’s all a quick walk or bike ride away. Also located in the village is the train station where you have access to points north such as Orange County and Los Angeles or an easy commute to points south such as San Diego. Close to shops and restaurants and grocery stores (Trader Joe's!) just blocks away. There is one off-street parking space in the driveway and ample on-street parking. The yard is fully fenced with locking security gates. Security lighting and Ring camera intalled. Upstairs is also a second view bedroom, laundry room and guest bath. IMPORTANT TO NOTE: There is a completely separate mother-in-law apartment with its own entrance downstairs. This space is being rented out to Visiting Nurses. This does require both tenants to be respectful of each other.
