The couch pulls out to a bed for additional sleeping accommodations. Just off the kitchen is the breathtaking solarium with marble floors, stone walls, and a glass-panel ceiling. The sofa pulls out to a queen bed for additional sleeping accommodations. Take a step outside the solarium’s doors and you will be on the massive patio equipped with a gas grill, dining area, fire pit, and plenty of seating for the entire family. The beautifully landscaped property also offers a tree swing and koi pond. Things to Note: The top level does not have central heat. It relies on heat from the second level, and during the colder months, there may be an approximately 10-degree heat differential. Supplemental heat is provided in the form of electric portable heaters for each of the bedrooms, a wood stove in the master bedroom, and heated floors and electric heating in the bathroom. The top floor does have its own central A/C unit, though, for warmer months. This property has space and kitchen accommodations that are suitable for larger events, including small weddings or group retreats.
