Each bedroom has a queen size bed and the unit is CHBO complete with streaming and high speed internet. The canal street streetcar line, just two blocks away, runs downtown to the foot of canal street and the French Quarter. The streetcar ride to LSU hospital, and Tulane hospital is around 5 minutes and its only a few more minutes to downtown New Orleans, the casino, and the convention center. In the other direction on Canal street is Anytime Fitness about a 3 minute streetcar ride. There are a multitude of restaurants and a host of other attractions that are way too many to list. The neighborhood is pleasant and inviting and we are sure you will find it agreeable.

It is CHBO certified, CHBO complete, and available for stays of a month or more. The large bedroom has a king bed and view of Coit Tower. The living room converts into a second bedroom at night with a high end queen mattress wall bed and shoji screens for privacy. There is also a queen sofa bed in the living room. The laundry room downstairs has a love seat where you can do work or relax and is next to a lovely small garden with bistro table. A special benefit is the garage with one car parking space which is at a premium in SF. It is in a very walkable area so you can leave your car and explore the area, minutes from Fisherman's Wharf, North Beach (Italian section), Chinatown, and Lombard Street (the crookedest street in the US). The financial district is only a mile down Columbus Street. You can sometimes see fireworks from the Chase Center 3 miles away. It is east-facing so is filled with the sun all day with spectacular sunrises over Telegraph Hill. You can see cargo ships and sailboats go by from the good sized balcony with table and chairs, or from the comfortable padded chairs along the deck, and from the living room recliners.
